OUR TEAM
Carl Pombar, MBA, is a seasoned Startup Consultant, Advisor, CEO/CFO/COO, Investor and Founder. He's been involved with a number of early stage companies in different capacities and across industries. He's recognized for his professionalism, efficient work, meeting tight deadlines, becoming a true partner with his clients, his energy and resourcefulness and for being innovative in terms of compensation structures - he knows well and can appreciate the tight budgets startups work under.
Carl has been the CEO of a medical device startup, CFO/COO of a number of other high-growth stage companies, Co-Founder of startups and spent 15+ years working on Wall St. He has his MBA from NYU Stern's top-ranked MBA program.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
We set out on our own so we could do it our way. We grew tired of waiting around for people who were "too busy," or too expensive given their value add. We didn't understand how a service professional could take days to return an inquiring email or phone call. We grew frustrated by the "experts" who were great at talking but didn't know how to listen.
We appreciate that our clients know their businesses better than we do. We appreciate that they 1) either know a lot of what they've hired us to do, but don't have the time to stray from the core business needs, or 2) are smart enough to realize they need help. We listen, we have decades of experience, we are fast learners, we bring professional manpower to execute a specific project or get a company back on track, for example, and we bring a unique perspective.
We have a Bias for Creation. We feel most fulfilled when we are creating value - whether through building, selling, writing, discussing, negotiating, etc. We are intellectually Honest and Curious. We are focused, organized, and we always follow through and follow up.
